The Route 66 Band is no doubt one of the hottest local DC-MD-VA bands. This band plays a wide range of Classic and Oldies Rock 'n' Roll captivating audiences with their superb vocal arrangements and exceptional musical talent. Each band member has enjoyed a distinguished musical career averaging more than 30 years. Individually or as a group, these accomplished musicians have performed with such notable acts as Chubby Checker, Rare Earth, Lee Greenwood, the Bellamy Brothers, Tom Wopat, and others. Their individual professional experience coupled with a strong musical bond and energetic performance style, results in performance that is truly memorable. Route 66 performs the hits of a variety of music legends to include the Beatles, Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, the Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bad Company, Billy Joel, Bob Seger, Bruce Springsteen, Santana, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Steve Miller Band, Motown, Elvis, and many others.
